
Ingredients:
- a kilo of over ripe indian mangoes
- 12 pcs ice cubes
- 3 tbsps evaporated milk
- 1-1/2 tbsp white sugar
Procedure:
Peel the mangoes. Slice mango meat into chunks, disregard the seed. Put it in the blender with rest of the ingredients. Process until smooth.
Serve at once.
