Pagtakhan Lechon & Baliwag Lechon

The "Lechong Manok" (Grilled Whole Chicken) is from Pagtakhan Lechon and the "Inihaw na Liempo" (Grilled Pork Belly) is from Baliwag Lechon. Our dinner yesterday, requested by my nephew, GJ.
